Bidding starts May 10 and will not end prior to June 15,2010.

Bidders will be kept confidential until bidding is closed.

 

All tracts are open ground with no growing crops, presently being

chemo-fallowed and will be ready to plant this fall. Possession upon

closing.

 

Seller and Buyer will split cost of title insurance and closing fees.

Closing date shall be on or before July 15, 2010. Taxes will be prorated

to date of closing.

 

Successful bidder will sign contract and deposit $10,000.00 down

payment with Frazee Abstract and Title.

 

Tracts 1 and 2 are combined in a larger farm and will be reconstituted

by FSA office if sold separately.

 

Minerals: 50% of Seller’s interest will sell with surface.
